The countdown for the high school and higher secondary examinations of the Board of Secondary Education has started. The education department is also on exam mode. The Board of Secondary Education has issued new guidelines for examinations. Students will get two types of answer sheets in the examination. There will be 32 pages of main subject copy and 20 page copy of vocational and Sanskrit subjects. In the practical examinations, it has been decided to give copies of eight pages to class 10th students and 12 pages to students of class 12th.

In Mathematics subject, graph copies of 32 pages will be available. Supplementary copy will not be given. No sticker of any kind can be used to hide the roll number in the copy.

Board Will Use Bar Code In Copies

For the first time, the system of evaluation has been changed under the pilot project, which will be applicable to some subjects of 10th-12th examination. The identity of the students will be hidden by putting bar codes on the answer sheets of Mathematics, Science and Social Science in class 10th and only Hindi subjects in class 12th. After that the copies will be given to the evaluators for checking. After completion of the evaluation, it will be easy to upload the marks of the students online by scanning the bar code. Both the systems related to evaluation will be assessed.

A Box Will Be Kept For Depositing Duplicate Slips

DEO ML Rathoriya said that the Board has directed to keep an iron box to keep the copy slips at the examination centres. Apart from this, if any candidate has any copied material, which contains guide chit material. So we will be able to put it in that iron box kept in the examination centre. It will be clearly written on this box that this box has been kept for the purpose of voluntarily depositing copied material before entering the examination hall.

There Will Be Only One Gate For Entry And Exit Of Students

There will be only one gate for entry and exit of students in the examination centres. This will be done for security reasons. Candidates will be searched at the main gate. Along with this, ID cards will be issued for the staff deployed in the examination centre. It will be mandatory for everyone to have ID card during the examination.

Candidates From Other Schools Will Also Be Accommodated

The examination center incharges will have to decide whether the candidates in their school will be seated in a mixed manner with the candidates from other schools. No teacher working in the concerned school will be able to do the duty of supervisor. Along with this, teachers of other schools will also not be able to do the duty of supervisor.
