On the occasion of 75th Republic Day, the tricolor made in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh will be hoisted on government buildings in 16 states. For Republic Day, 23 thousand 800 tricolor flags were prepared in Madhya Bharat Khadi Sangh located at Jiwaji Ganj. Their price is Rs 1 crore 16 lakh 93 thousand. This tricolor has been delivered to 16 states of the country. Madhya Bharat Khadi Sangh Minister Ramakant Sharma said that earlier the tricolor had been delivered to 14 states including Madhya Pradesh. This time tricolor was also sent to two states Andaman Nicobar and Telangana.
In this way, tricolor has been hoisted in 16 states. Tricolors are prepared in different categories in the National Flag Manufacturing Unit of Madhya Bharat Khadi Sangh. The organization takes special care of the standards set for making the tricolor, which include standards like quality of cloth, size of the chakra, color and so on. Along with this, all these things are tested in the lab. The national flag is prepared keeping the standards in mind.
It takes five to six days for the Madhya Bharat Khadi Sangh organization to prepare the tricolor flag of any size. Madhya Bharat Khadi Sangh produces ISI certified national flag. Tricolor flag sent to these states: Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Himachal, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Haryana, Delhi, Jammu Kashmir, Telangana, Andaman Nicobar, Punjab, Bengal states.
The tricolor of Gwalior will be hoisted in the government buildings of these states. The Khadi tricolor will be seen flying on all government buildings including Collectorate, Ministry, Assembly. More than 26 thousand tricolors sent on order. Madhya Bharat Khadi Sangh Minister Ramakant Sharma said that orders were received from 16 states including Madhya Pradesh.
We have prepared and sent 23 thousand 800 tricolor flags. Apart from this, about 1500 tricolor flags are ready for Gwalior. Since the year 2016, the organization has been manufacturing ISI certified national flags. This is the first such institution in North India which manufactures the tricolour. Tricolors of different categories prepared by Madhya Bharat Khadi Sangh are hoisted on all government and non-government buildings in different states of the country.
